2 Year Anniversary

May 26th Brandon and I celebrated our 2 year anniversary. Sunday night my parents watched Max so we could celebrate our anniversary at Ameristar Casino. We gambled and went to the theater there to see A Haunting in Connecticut, which was really super scary! Tuesday night Jenee' watched Max so we could go out to dinner on our actual anniversary. We went our for sushi and it was fabulous. I can't believe we have already been married two years and our baby is already 1!

Aaron's Graduation

Aaron, Brandon's brother, graduated from Benedictine College on May 16th. Congratulations Aaron! He are a few pictures from his big day.

In need of human interaction

My child has always liked his furry little brothers but I'm starting to get a little worried that he might need some human interaction with other children. He acts more and more like the dogs everyday.

He's thinking about going out the doggy door.

He's going...

...going, gone.

He eats dog food.

He crawls around on all fours with Willie's
hankerchief in his mouth.

Apparently it is funny being a dog.

Max's 1st Birthday!

I celebrated my first actual birthday at
Grandma and Papa Squires' house.
We ate dinner and then they let me dive
into my very first birthday cake!
It was a great first birthday.
Sunday I will be having my first B-Day Party!

I think I'll use a spoon.

Maybe I'll just pick at it a little.

Forget it! I'm digging in!

Yum!

I like cake!

OK, I'm getting full. I'm starting to feel a little bloated.

Grandma Laura's Retiring!

My Grandma Laura is retiring from her teaching career so she can stay home and babysit me. Her school district threw a retirement party for her and the other people in the district that were retiring and I got to go to it. Here are some pictures from the party.
Grandma and Me

Aunt Jenee' and Me

Papa and Me

They kept feeding me so I would stay quiet during the speeches.
I got a little rowdy a few times and had to be carried out.

My Grandma's principal shared some
kind words with us about my Grandma.

This is a picture of all the people
that are retiring from their district this year.

Mother's Day

Today was my Mom's first Mother's Day! My Dad got up early with me so my mom could sleep in until 10:30! I got my mom flowers, a card, and some Lamars donuts for breakfast. Ok, Dad kinda helped me out. After I spent the morning with Mom we went to Grandma Laura's for lunch. I was so tired from making this card for
Grandma I slept through lunch.

Here I am at Grandma Sue Sue's.
I needed to take another nap.
This Mother's Day stuff is hard work.

I woke up long enough to give Grandma
Sue Sue her presents.

Here I am with my cousin Avery.
Isn't she too cute.
I love her and love chasing her around.

Here are our feet.
