Max and the dangerous coffee table

Max is learning to pull himself up on things. His favorite thing to pull up on is the coffee table. He is about to give my poor husband a heart attack. Brandon's theory is to get rid of anything in the house that he might get hurt on. My theory is try to keep Max from getting hurt but he is a boy so we are probably going to have a few bumps, bruises, and stitches, along the way.

Inauguration Day
Today Barack Obama became our new President. Unfortunately I worked the night before and the night of inauguration day so I resorted to DVRing the historical day while I slept. Brandon had to work so he also missed watching the President take his oath. Max however decided to be a good patriotic citizen and watched the new president take his oath while spending time with his Grandma Caskey. Thanks for the picture Marisue!

New Years Eve Proposal
Our good friends Doug and Jen got engaged on New Years Eve. We are so happy for the both of them. My husband was in charge of trying to video the moment with our camera. Poor Jen is cut off in most of the video however, it was midnight and Mr. Caskey had been drinking for a while so will have to excuse him for his poor camera technique.
