This video was actually shot the week of Christmas. Since our laptop broke I have been a little slow at getting our pictures and videos up. He really started crawling well the week of Christmas and gets faster by the minute. I should have the weight I gained while being pregnant with him off in no time. I am getting quite the workout everyday chasing him all around the house. Sorry about the loud music in the background but Max really likes crawling to Brandon's phone when it is playing music.

Christmas Work Party

We had my yearly work Christmas Party this year in a private room at the Fox and the Hound.

We had a wonderful time. Grandma and Grandpa Caskey kept Max overnight so we were able to party like we did "preMax". Shellie and Amanda (two of the nurses I work with) planned a wonderful party for all of us. We ate, drank, played pool, drank, danced, drank, visited, and then drank some more. We all took lots of pictures but since most are not flattering or appropriate of everyone in the shot I only posted the one of Brandon and I.

Broken Computer = No blogging

Sorry I have not been able to post any new blogs lately. Brandon accidentally broke the screen on our new laptop. We have been told it will be quite pricey to fix, so until we get it fixed I will probably not get the chance to blog very often. :(

6 Months!

Hey guess who's 6 months old

You guessed it. It's me!

I am eating fruits, vegetables and drooling a lot.

I have just started sitting on my own.

I still fall over a lot .



I can't crawl forward yet which makes me crazy.
I try to crawl but all I can do it scoot backwards.



I can't wait to crawl so I get my hands on this little guy

whenever I want. Sometimes I get a hold of him and pull

on his hair really hard. He doesn't like me so much anymore.

The Niece My Aunt Jenee Always Wanted

This is a cross stich piece that Becky and Theresa

(nurses my mom work with) made for me.

I know they spent alot of time and worked very hard

on this cross stitch to make sure it was perfect for me.

Look it has my name, birthdate, birth weight and length on it!
It also has all the same animals on it that I have in my room.

I like the picture of that little baby. He is so cute.

Spooky Doors

Ever since we moved in our house I have thought there were spooky faces in the wood doors to the loft off our bedroom. Brandon thinks I am crazy so I am sure some of you will too. This is what direction I face when I am trying to fall asleep. Needless to say I have had alot of time to look at these doors. I finally took some pictures of the doors today so I could see what other people think. Please leave a comment and let me know if you see the faces or if you think I am just plain crazy. (I think the 1st pic looks like a crazy old man with wild Einstein hair. The other one looks like a scary clown face.)

Lots of Energy

New President

Obama wins the 2008 presidential election. We stayed up to watch the results come in. The negative campaigning is finally over!

Obama and McCain both gave very moving and powerful speeches. Our family looks forward to seeing the changes that our new president will bring to our country.

Election Day

Election day is finally here. I went to vote today.

They said I was still a little young to vote so I let Mom and Dad

vote in my place. This was my Dads first year to vote and we are

very proud of him. Mom said I am not allowed to preach politics

on our blog. She also said it is best to try and respect

other people's political views, so I guess all I have to say is

DON'T FORGET TO VOTE!
